    Technology Asset Advisory Wilmington, DE

    Developed technology Transition Services strategy for divestiture of the Dow business from DuPont parent, as well as advisory on dispositioning of asset splits for the subsequent AgSci spin-off.

    Technology Sourcing Austin, Texas

    Program Lead for the $1B+ technology sourcing initiative for the Department of Information Resources (DIR). Sourcing scope includes two State run data centers, over 7,000 servers, 8 mainframes, wide-area network connecting State agencies to the data center and public cloud providers, network security, a pubic cloud manager, technology solution and application development service, and the state-run print/mail/digitization facility. Introduced innovative practices such as a modular and repeatable RFP structure, competitive dialog, collaborative whiteboarding sessions, industry and peer research, customer engagement, and “Evergreen” provisions. Potential savings of +$25M per year across all service components.

    Global Business Services Michigan/Europe

    Program Lead for the remediation and deployment of a highly complex $30M global travel and expense solution supporting the GM enterprise, including process automation via SAP T&E application, standardized corporate card processes and technology, and the implementation of a global Shared Service Center. Realized savings of over $1.5M per year from initial 5 deployments.

    Program Lead for a $15M global new-hire Onboarding and responsible for the implementation and deployment of business process redesign, technology transformation and Shared Service deployment, including Robotic Process Automation design. Reduced onboarding time from an average of 42 to less than 15 days.

    Business Architecture Lead for a $10M HR Global Business Services function redesign, including addition of process automation capabilities across three global locations.

    Project lead for Germany Payroll work-stream activities associated with the Opel divestiture. All employee payroll and retiree pensions successfully transitioned with no processing errors.

    Led organization responsible for enterprise technology automation solutions for clinical, mental health, and pharmaceutical solutions for correctional customers nationwide. Defined and drove the vision and implementation for customer solutions based on cross-functional collaboration between sales, operations and clinical functions. Directly responsible for all Customer Solutions staff, including recruitment, supervision, scheduling, development, evaluation, and disciplinary actions.

    Owner of the comprehensive project management roadmap servicing all clinical business functions to ensure alignment and execution of all project management and implementation plans inclusive of their support of business objectives and IT strategies and associated budgets.

    Outsource Advisory Lead Columbus, Ohio

    Lead an IT operations, organization and capabilities assessment leading into an outsourcing assessment for a variety of IT functions that support this $1.5B global manufacturing leader. A key goal of the company was to drive operational excellence at all levels to support corporate strategies to drive new and better ways of working, while helping ensure the health and safety of employees, the environment and to promote manufacturing safety. The engagement incorporated Six Sigma methodology to improve business processes and to reduce errors as part of optimization, efficiency, and long-term sustainability. Expected IT savings of ~$250k per year due to lower labor costs and higher efficiency of existing personnel.
